Do
whatever it takes not to go to a gathering hungry, that will set you up to
gorge. Have a nibble before you go, a protein shake will fulfill you until the
time has come to eat and won't add to your day. This is an
intense one.....but attempt to fill your plate with solid decisions, and
perhaps only a couple of little 'tastes' to entertain yourself. Be cautious, it
can crawl up on you... only a bit!
